Surbhi Jindal
Surbhi Jindal is the Founder of the multi-faceted lighting design practice - Da Light Hub and House of Bespoke, based out of Mumbai, India with presence in Principality of Liechtenstein, Europe.
She is a trained Architect and a Celebrity Designer working on the homes of who’s who of the Country with more than 16 years of qualitative experience in design application, project execution, environment sustainability, best design practices as well as training. Thought Leader for various hazards of Light pollution that are most overlooked and drastic form of climate change.
Da Light Hub, established in the year 2018 turned into a global Award-Winning consultancy (awarded by Times of India, KPMG & Lighting Magazine, London) in lighting design and bespoke lighting products, working on various National and International projects in areas like office spaces, hospitality, premiere residential and façade lighting spread across the globe.
In her previous stints, Surbhi Jindal has worked with Philips Lighting India as Lead – Lighting Design Applications Segment, International best practices like Studio Lumen and John Cullen on numerous National and International projects across India, Middle East, Sri Lanka, South Africa and the US, has designed many Celebrity Homes, hospitality projects, private office spaces and public buildings
- She is currently serving as Ambassador for Women in lighting in India (London based Project represented by 78 ambassadors in 78 Countries), with 71 members from India part of the project. She is an Associate Member at IALD – International Association of Lighting Designers
She was recently elected as the Secretary at the Lighting Designers Association of India

Naomi Saka
Naomi Saka is an Experience Designer at Bentley Motors. Since completing her Master’s at the RCA London, she has helped define the vision of an empathetic cabin experience in the Bentley EXP 100 GT and the newly released EXP 15. Since then, she aspires to bridge the broad field of immersive art and the automotive industry, and pioneer new software pipelines and design tools.

As an Associate Lighting Designer at INTO Lighting, I'm responsible for delivering captivating solutions to projects across a variety of sectors such as leisure, hospitality, retail & workplace. I also mentor other members of the team, whether it be helping them with general product knowledge, design aspects & best practice, or calculations & technical design.
With a strong appreciation of light and colour, and a passion for creativity, I’m also a digital artist who dabbles with AI. I’m always excited to see how these two worlds can collide, and spill over into one another, as advancements in these generative technologies provide an increasing number of real-world applications and opportunities.
Kael Gillam
Kael Gillam is a Senior Associate at Hoare Lea, an interdisciplinary firm of engineers and specialist designers. Alongside her role as a designer, Kael represents the Lighting team in the firm’s Net Zero Carbon network, which promotes education on and implementation of sustainable practices in the construction industry. Through this network, she is championing research in circularity and carbon footprint data modelling to create a better framework for the design and specification of Hoare Lea Lighting’s projects.
Max Robson
Max Robson is the Environmental Metrics Manager at Recolight, where he leads Recolight’s LCA Service. Max has previously worked as a Science and Research Consultant in product sustainability and received a doctorate in materials chemistry in 2024. Max provides the education and tools for lighting manufacturers to undertake environmental product declarations (EPDs) of their products, promoting life cycle thinking to the UK lighting industry.
Zoe Faulkner
Zoe Faulkner is a Partner at Troup Bywaters + Anders, where she leads the Architectural Lighting team. With extensive knowledge of the lighting industry, she is also the Centre of Excellence lead for architectural lighting within TB+A. In this capacity, she advances innovative design techniques and provides strategic guidance to support the successful delivery of current and future projects.
Eve Gaut
Eve is the founder of Parrot PR and Marketing, a creative marketing agency working across a range of sectors. A highly motivated, successful and experienced marketing and PR professional, Eve has built up an enviable reputation.
Having worked primarily in the specification industry for more than 15 years, her expertise has been proven in a variety of roles, across numerous disciplines and with leading brands.
As well as leading a dynamic team of other marketing professionals at Parrot PR and Marketing, Eve remains operational and works closely with her clients personally overseeing all activity. She offers consultancy services and training to some of the biggest names in lighting, technology and the specification sector. Eve also runs a mentorship programme, supporting marketing, sales and business development professionals looking to further their career.
In addition to her directorship and day-to-day work at Parrot, Eve is a strong advocate for women in the lighting industry and was recently nominated for a Women in Lighting award. She champions equality across the sector, participating in, speaking at, and promoting industry events and campaigns. Eve oozes passion and creativity and prides herself on bringing fun to her work. In Eve’s own words “No day is the same, and No day is boring”.
