The Shoal finds and imports beautiful handmade art from Sicily, unique ceramics, realistic fish and other creatures, selling direct to the public, through gallery stockists and into interior design, retail, leisure, hospitality, marine and maritime sectors.

Specifically for LiGHT23, we will create a stunning, bespoke wall art design using hundreds of our ceramic fish, each one handmade, hand painted and unique. Mounted on a vertical wall, our Shoal design will evoke the sense of an underwater scene of shoaling fish, showcasing the sparkling glaze and the deep vivid colours of the ceramics fired by the Sicilian kilns, replicating the colours of the ocean environment.

Collaborating with leading lighting manufacturers and a lighting designer, high quality gallery lighting will illuminate the whole installation.
