A major recent milestone for Prime Light Group is the acquisition of Emergency Lighting Products (ELP) Ltd, a West Sussex-based company with more than 30 years of expertise in emergency lighting design and manufacturing. ELP’s product portfolio includes LED bulkheads, exit signs, floodlights, and sensor systems, widely trusted for reliability and performance.
By integrating ELP into its portfolio, Prime Light has significantly strengthened its capabilities in emergency lighting while broadening its overall offering. The combination enables cross-selling opportunities, more integrated lighting solutions, and the ability to serve customers with a comprehensive package of components, controls, and emergency systems. It also enhances technical support, expands the supply chain, and accelerates product innovation.
The acquisition is complemented by leadership growth, with Catherine Connolly joining as Executive Chair. Her extensive industry experience further supports the Group’s strategy to scale operations and solidify its position as a leading solutions provider in the lighting market.

P4 have been leading the market in designing and manufacturing self-testing emergency lighting, exit signage, and converting mains luminaires to self-testing emergency lighting for over 35 years.

Nextsense aims to pioneer the Life-Centric Lighting sector: microbicidal and sustainable solutions in harmony with nature, for the well-being of all living beings.
In 2016, Nextsense patented BIOVITAE, a UV-free LED lighting system that efficiently controls microbial loads, ensuring a continuous, automatic and passive sanitisation of environments (on air and surfaces) in a totally safe way for humans.
