THE LIGHTING INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION (LIA)

The Lighting Industry Association has been representing the lighting industry for many years and has an established reputation for representing and assisting lighting-related companies.

Recent years have seen incredible changes in lighting, how it is created and used, and those working with lighting are now a wider and more diverse group than they have ever been. Whatever your involvement maybe, The LIA is here to support you and your organisation to a successful future.

Our mission is based on three pillars: Connect, Support, Represent. We offer comprehensive support services, technical expertise, training, product testing and certification to our members. Additionally, we advocate for their interests at all levels, raise industry standards, and facilitate valuable networking opportunities.

These pillars allowed us to rationalise and group the many benefits the LIA offer into a more digestible format.

OLEV

OLEV is a company 'Made in Italy' that produces lamps with an original design and smart LED light.

OLEV is not limited to creating simple bodies that emit light, but always adds a plus-value: some lamps can absorb noise, purify the air and imitate the variations of sunlight...

The light is no longer fixed, always the same from morning to evening... but becomes changing just like the lighting that the Sun gives us over the course of a day (cold at midday and warm in the evening).

It is a tool to improve people’s psychophysical well-being, making them feel as good as when immersed in a natural outdoor landscape.

The quality of OLEV lamps, handmade in Veneto region (Italy), meant that it was chosen to illuminating the offices of the Mercedes-Benz headquarters in Berlin, the halls of the renowned restaurant Langosteria in Milan and Paris, the Atelier Moessmer restaurant (3 Michelin stars) in Brunico, the building of the Ministry of Finance in Abu Dhabi.

Every lamp is treated like a unique art piece, created with artisanal care and assembled by hand in the Italian factory.

OLEV won the 2023 Italian Altagamma Design Award.
